Terms of Service

3.1 App Store Account

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from — the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service.

3.2 Premium Subscriptions

2Live offers an optional, auto-renewable premium subscription (2Live Pro) with additional features:

• [iOS] Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• [iOS] Your subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• [Android] Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account and renew on the same terms unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your Apple ID account settings (iOS, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or your Google Play subscriptions (Android)
• If you purchase a subscription after a free trial, any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law
• 2Live does not currently offer a lifetime / one-time-purchase unlock — all premium access is through the auto-renewable subscription described above

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos and images you process through the App. 2Live does not claim ownership of any content you create or modify using our service.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process content that violates any laws or regulations
• Create or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization

4.3 AI-Generated Wallpapers and Copyright

The App may feature wallpapers and previews created with third-party generative AI services. The way these images may be used and owned is governed by the relevant provider's terms, and the following reflects those terms:

• Ownership of output. Consistent with the AI provider's terms, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your rights in the input you provide and own the output you generate. The AI provider assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest, if any, in and to that output, and 2Live does not claim ownership of AI-generated wallpapers you create.
• Output may not be unique. Because of the nature of generative AI, output may not be unique. Other users may request and receive the same or similar wallpapers, and your rights do not extend to other users' output or to any third-party content.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for your use of AI-generated content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the AI provider's usage policies. You must not generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited.
• Curated gallery wallpapers. Wallpapers we provide in the curated "For You" gallery are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the App. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used to train other models without our written permission.

4.4 Objectionable Content, User-Generated Content, and Reporting

The App lets you create AI-generated wallpapers (Muse) and post to a public Wish Board under a nickname. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users anywhere in the App.

• You must not create, post, or attempt to create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content through Muse or the Wish Board.
• Muse prompts and generated images, and Wish Board posts, are screened by automated safety systems before they are shown, and the Wish Board is pre-moderated before a wish goes public.
• Every AI-generated picture can be reported directly in the App, and any Wish Board post can be reported by emailing hello@2livewallpaper.app. We review reports, remove content that violates these Terms, and may warn, restrict, or permanently block users who post objectionable content or abuse other users.
• Contact hello@2livewallpaper.app to report content or conduct that you believe violates these Terms.

4.5 Credits

Credits are a free, in-app allowance you can earn (for example through a daily refill, watching a rewarded ad, sharing a wallpaper, or a referral). Credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased with money, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. We may adjust how credits are earned or spent at any time.

5.1 App Ownership

2Live, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

7.2 No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9.1 App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

9.2 Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
