3.1 App Store Account

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from — the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service.

3.2 Premium Subscriptions

2Live offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (iOS) or your Google Play subscriptions (Android)
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law

3.3 Lifetime Purchase

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that grant permanent access to premium features. They are non-transferable and tied to the store account used to buy them — your Apple ID on iOS or your Google account on Android.

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos and images you process through the App. 2Live does not claim ownership of any content you create or modify using our service.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process content that violates any laws or regulations
• Create or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization

4.3 AI-Generated Wallpapers and Copyright

The App may feature wallpapers and previews created with third-party generative AI services. The way these images may be used and owned is governed by the relevant provider's terms, and the following reflects those terms:

• Ownership of output. Consistent with the AI provider's terms, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your rights in the input you provide and own the output you generate. The AI provider assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest, if any, in and to that output, and 2Live does not claim ownership of AI-generated wallpapers you create.
• Output may not be unique. Because of the nature of generative AI, output may not be unique. Other users may request and receive the same or similar wallpapers, and your rights do not extend to other users' output or to any third-party content.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for your use of AI-generated content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the AI provider's usage policies. You must not generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited.
• Curated gallery wallpapers. Wallpapers we provide in the curated "For You" gallery are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the App. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used to train other models without our written permission.

5.1 App Ownership

2Live, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

7.2 No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9.1 App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

9.2 Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
