Two sizes, one per screen: 1878×2670 pixels on the 7.6" inner display (about 12.8:9) and 1398×2034 on the 5.4" cover screen (about 13.1:9). Every earlier iPhone is roughly 19.5:9, so a wallpaper made for an iPhone 18 Pro has to be scaled up to the Duo's width and loses about a third of the picture off the top and bottom. Pick art with the subject near the middle, or wait for a set composed for the Duo.
